One Call Now
ILMS has implemented an automated messaging system that sends telephone
messages to the families of all students.
The most recent message sent
from ILMS using One Call Now is given below. Click on the round green
speaker button to hear the message:
Adding Contact Information to One Call Now using the Family Profile
Typically, each family has two phone numbers already entered into
the system. If you would like to receive these messages at additional
phone numbers and/or email addresses, the instruction follow. Keep
in mind the following points for this system:
- To make any additions to your contact information you must verify
your primary phone number that you submitted on your orange emergency
card on file in the ILMS Office.
- You may add up to three additional phone numbers and three email
addresses.
- Parents cannot change primary contact information using the Family
Profile; you can only add more contacts. If you need to change your
primary contact information, you must contact Donna Cochran in the
ILMS Office.
Follow the steps below to add your contact information to the One
Call Now System:
- Click on the One Call Now banner located at the bottom of this
page.
For ease of access, this banner
is also available on the ILMS home page.
- Enter the student’s last name and
the primary phone number for the
student on file with the school.
- Click the “Look up” button.
- Enter additional phone numbers and/or email addresses.
Parents may enter up to three additional phone numbers. If parents
revisit the Family Profile web page previously submitted phone
numbers and/or email addresses will display to be removed or changed.
- Click the “Submit” button. The additional
contact information will be submitted for all students with
that last name and primary phone number.
- Click the “Cancel” button at any time
to cancel the submission.
- If there are students with different last names,
click the “Add More” button.
Clicking “Add More” and repeating the
above process is necessary if you want to submit phone numbers and/or
email addresses for students with different last names even if they
are within the same household.
- When finished click the “Close Window” button.
- For security purposes, parents’ submissions are added to
the roster pending the School Director’s approval. The School
Director will receive an email notification when there are submissions
awaiting approval.
- After a change to family information has been approved by the Director,
ILMS will contact that family by email to verify that the change
has been made. Do not assume that your information has been updated
until you receive confirmation from the school.
When parents revisit the Family Profile (by clicking the web banner
link again) they may change or add to their previous submissions. These
submissions also initiate an email that will request approval by the
School Director before the change enters the system.
